Acceptance of Terms
By making a reservation or using the services of Seven Moons, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with a booking.
Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Seven Moons. A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from us.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel reservations at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, inappropriate behavior, or violation of our policies.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) or US Dollars (USD) as specified. Prices are subject to change without notice until a reservation is confirmed and deposit received.
Quoted prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply for extra services, early check-in/late check-out, or additional guests.
Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon check-in or as agreed during the booking process.
Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund of the deposit.
Cancellation & Refunds
Please refer to our Cancellation Policy outlined in the Policies page. All refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
Guest Responsibilities
As a guest, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information during booking
- Comply with all house rules and policies
- Treat the property and staff with respect
- Be responsible for the conduct of all members of your party
- Pay for any damages caused during your stay
- Vacate the villa by the stated check-out time
Liability & Indemnification
Seven Moons provides accommodation services but is not liable for:
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
- Personal injury or accidents on the property (except where caused by our negligence)
- Disruptions to services beyond our control (power outages, natural disasters, etc.)
- Changes to local attractions or third-party services
Guests agree to indemnify Seven Moons against any claims, damages, or losses arising from their actions or violations of these terms.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, civil unrest, or other force majeure events.
In such cases, we will work with guests to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements where possible.
Property Use
The villas are for temporary accommodation only. Commercial activities, subletting, or use for illegal purposes are strictly prohibited.
Maximum occupancy limits must be respected at all times. Unauthorized guests are not permitted.
Modifications to Bookings
Requests to modify dates, villa type, or guest numbers are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Modifications must be requested in writing at least 14 days before check-in.
Complaints & Disputes
We strive to provide excellent service. If you have concerns during your stay, please notify our staff immediately so we can address them.
Formal complaints should be submitted in writing within 7 days of check-out. We will respond within 14 business days.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Seven Moons and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and other policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Seven Moons regarding your booking and stay.
Amendments
Seven Moons reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
